Certain products, such as personalized or custom-made items, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description or contact us for clarification.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Shipping:

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.

If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return as per our Return Policy and place a new order for the desired item.
